Λίγες κουβέντες. Τα γεγονότα είναι τόσο τραγικά που οι λέξεις χάνουν
το νόημά τους. Για τους μετανάστες λέω, για την αδιαφορία λέω, για την
μακαριότητα του “εμένα τι με νοιάζει”. Για την “πολιτισμένη” Ευρώπη
του ουμανισμού, που λογαριάζει τα πάντα με Ευρώ λέω.
Εχω χάσει τον ύπνο μου στην σκέψη και μόνο πως τα πανέμορφα νερά και οι παραλίες μου έχουν μετατραπεί σε νεκροταφείο.
Είμαι εξοργισμένος με την υποκρισία και την αδιαφορία της δήθεν πολιτισμένης Ευρώπης και κατ’ επέκταση του δήθεν πολιτισμένου δυτικού κόσμου.
Θέλω πολύ να βρίσω μα δεν μπορώ, θα μου βάλουν πιπέρι στο στόμα. Το τι θα έλεγα το αφήνω στην φαντασία σας.
The
facts are so tragic that words lose their meaning. I am talking about
the immigrants and their fate, I am talking about the indifference and
the “what is it to me” attitude. I am talking about the “civilized”
Europe of Humanism, that measures everything with the yardstick of the
Euro and the Dollar.
I cannot sleep in the thought that my beautiful waters and my beaches have be come a cemetery.
I am enraged with the hypocrisy and the callousness of the so called civilized Europe and, in a broader sense, of the whole of the so called civilized western world.
I very much want to curse, to swear, but I will be put pepper on my tongue. What I would say if I could I leave to your imagination.
